Ciera Ouellette

Ciera Ouellette is a beautiful singer straight out of Texarkana.  She developed a love for music, especially country music, at a very young age.  Ciera said, "I have been singing since I was five years old. Music has always been my true passion. My strong desire for singing comes from deep within my soul and heart. When I sing, I deliver with all I have in me, putting everything I can into it. I love to play guitar, piano and write my own songs as well."

Ciera's interests include photography, music, radio, design, writing, and whatever brings creativity to her life.
